I'm tired of advice on Logic Games. Anyone who's studied for a significant amount of time can improve to a -1 scorer on Logic Games. It's the easiest part of the test (to learn and complete).

So for the other sections... basically you wrote out a five page summary of the logical reasoning bible.
Congrats on having mastered LG. :-) It comes hard for a lot of people.

You might also check out Pithypike's study guide since this wasn't helpful. It's stickied in the LSAT prep forum. Good luck on your exam.

Yeah, she really should have done more to tailor her studying to your weaknesses.

That's great. Awkward translations and awkward signs are two of my favorite things. This week I've seen a stop sign that says "WHOA" and a Tank Xing sign (but that was on a base, so I guess that's not very awkward).

Eugenie can I have a copy of your 5 page study guide? I just want to see what it looks like. I'm currently writing guides to every question type for my students but I want to see a more succinct guideline to the LR bible. Thanks.

So I actually used a paper and pen to write this out. Shocking, I know, but i don't have an e-copy, sorry.

For people studying, the real benefit is synthesizing the material yourself, so I'm afraid my summary wouldn't help all that much.

Hey Eugene Im writing the LSAT in June '11

How far in does the switch from untimed to timed sections usually take place? I am finding it hard to anticipate whether I can be ready to make the switch by late February or if waiting until mid-March is too late.

Well, that's hard to say. I would recommend making the switch when you're happy with your accuracy on the untimed section. March is plenty early if you're taking it in June.

Bumping this after the fifth pm :D

Good luck soon-to-be October retakers!

Also, update: I'll be going to Northwestern in the fall, and I don't think that would have happened with at 164. Retaking rocks!

Thanks for posting this. I underperformed on the June LSAT (somehow, did worse than my first PT which was completely cold) and have been a bit too shell-shocked the past 48 hours to come up with a better study method.

Congratulations and thanks for the useful advice! I'm definitely interested in how your cycle plays out since I'll be having multiple LSAT scores as well.

Given that she still has it all up on LSN, I'd assume not. Her GPA is the same as mine, so if I can get that LSAT score I'll be pretty happy.

Assuming your #s on LSN are accurate, if I can improve my LSAT enough, I'll be more or less your numbers twin...and NU is probably my best shot at T14. Here's hoping :) .

Any chance I can get a link to the LSN profile? I'm curious as to how the rest of her cycle played out.
