Re: Meltdown
Sometimes, you really just have to put things in perspective. On the bright side, at least this isn't the life that you wake up to every day.
If you are starting to crack, take a day off. This close to test day, you'll serve yourself better by being well-rested and confident than getting in one more day of studying. Think about your endgame strategy for the next couple days and relax. Life is good. Your life isn't ruined if you miss the mark on test day by a couple points. Just have positive thoughts.

Re: Meltdown
me too, me too....
today was bad. i'm forcing myself to recite positive affirmations from now on, and nothing but. even if i don't believe them right now. i only have one of two options -- either i can go in believing i will kick its *ss, or believing i won't.
let's do this!
