So I know people say it helps them sleep but do you guys think it helps with focus and testing? Normally, I would exercise anyways but I recently lost my car and the closest gym is a 25 minute walk. Add it all up and it'll probably be 3-4 hours worth of my day to walk there, work out, walk back, shower, and eat. Do you guys think it's worthwhile?

Not worthwhile. Might be better just to sit in your room and meditate for a bit. We're down to the last week anyway, right? I think the only critical thing besides being prepared for the exam is sleep. No sleep = you're screwed.
