So I know people say it helps them sleep but do you guys think it helps with focus and testing? Normally, I would exercise anyways but I recently lost my car and the closest gym is a 25 minute walk. Add it all up and it'll probably be 3-4 hours worth of my day to walk there, work out, walk back, shower, and eat. Do you guys think it's worthwhile?
