What score do you consider disappointing?

Because that TLS is a self-selecting sample, it seems that everybody here is only happy with scoring in the 99th percentile. What is the highest score that you consider to be a disappointment?

well, I think If I got something below 160, that would be disappointing for me.

I was aiming for 175 or higher, so 174 would have been disappointing for me, personally. But I have a terrible GPA and I needed that 175 in order to have a chance. Somebody with better grades than I have could take a 174 and get in anywhere (for example, eit.)

I wouldn't have been prior to finding TLS, but I got a 168 and was pretty disappointed in myself. I realize many would consider that unreasonable though.

She's probably sitting in shock, still disbelieving her LSAT score.

Did she get like a 175 or something?

She ended up getting a 174, which, when coupled with her 4.0, is pretty hot.

I would have been disappointed with a 174 but that's because my GPA is a full letter grade lower than hers. :(

She's out of your league with that 4.0+

But seriously, yeah, I think I would have been happy with 173-175...but it might have been kind of disappointing considering how well I thought I did. Top 0.5% or bust, I guess?

I wonder if she's hot or not, still haven't convinced her to post her real picture up here yet.

173-174 seems like a world away from 170-171, even though it is really just 2-4 questions. I{ got a 170 in Oct. after a cancel in June and it just feels like it closed a lot of doors for some reason. Never would have been disappointed with even a 165 prior to discovering TLS. Also, I do think 170 was lower than my PT average, that might have something to do with it.

168 is a little disappointing to be cause of my terrible lsat history (cancel, 157, 168)
if I got 168 first try I wouldn't feel so bad. I do have reasons for the first 2 times, hopefully theyll be good enough.

Disappointing? Well, anything bellow a 167 would have been fairly devastating to the ego. I ended up with a 170 and I'm fairly okay with it, so I wouldn't call it disappointing but definitely not ecstatic. But yeah, 167 or less would have had me running for the hills.

It's all about expectations though. Several peers in my LSAT class were thrilled with their scores and I was genuinely happy for them! They reached their goals, which is an awesome thing. But their goals were a little bit bellow my own, so they might get upset to hear me saying a 167 would be bad :P

Anything under 174, my actual score, would have spelled disappointment for me. It's still not really an impressive score, which would be 177+. I am upset at myself for not bubbling in 2 answers, 1 of which was the credited response. No offense to anyone with 175, but I think I would be losing my mind over the fact that one more question correct would have resulted in a 177.

I would've been disappointed scoring 167 or lower. My cold diagnostic was 164, so if I hadn't made some sort of measurable improvement on that (granted, I only studied for 7 weeks), I would've been bummed. My 171 is more than fine for what I need.

A GPA around 3.5 does not necessarily preclude H or S (Y yes) with a good LSAT score. But of course, I'm assuming that your GPA is around that point.

Honestly, anything less than a 165 would bum me out. I have an awful 3.3 and even with URM (M-A) the chances of getting into T-14 would be basically impossible, not that a 165 gives me an amazing chance.

the 167 I got was pretty damn disappointing, I'm another low-gpa needing LSAT to compensate guy, and 167 ain't doing it
