Has the Oct LSAT scores been fully released?

Have they release all the LSAT scores or are some still being released?

All the people with normal files have had scores released. Some people who have holds are still waiting.

What is meant by "normal files?" Why would some folks have a hold?

Fee waivers, test misconduct, test center issues. Lots of reasons.
