my school is really evenly distributed, the boxes ranging from 4-8. I wonder what HYP looks like. Anyone?

luckily, the GPA distribution shows off our low GPA average, so my 3.5 looks better when only 3% get 3.8+

I haven't sent in my transcripts so I don't know how my school measures up. I go to a big public university that's pretty competetive though and I would imagine we would have a pretty good showing.

My school's distribution was pretty even across most of the boxes, with a slight uptick in the above-90 range. I thought, thinking my school was a Good School, that it might be more exaggerated than that, but I talked with some people at my testing center and my eyes were opened.

Unfortunately, I'm assuming my 2006/08 LSATs are up there in the data in the 36/40% range. I think I made 85% on Oct, so hopefully that will help the stats out. But my school is still pretty bad.

Yea, I scored a 155 on my diagnostic and was in the 160's within days.

I was invited to a prospectives weekend at a top 10 school for a Psychology PhD program.

I was accepted before the weekend was out. I, actually, didn't even end up accepting their offer.

I think it's safe to say that, for the t6 school I'm applying to, I add diversity.

I feel like I just fell for your ploy to tell everyone how awesome you are. No thanks are needed for the set up.

It's hard to claim you're awesome when your BA is from as poor of a school as mine is. I have been incredibly fortunate to have the opportunities I've had and I actually attribute it all to an amazing undergraduate mentor.

meh, my UG is 19% at 90th percentile or above LSAT with a mean of 155. n=134 though, is that a small sample?

Maybe undergrad matters then, but not in the ways people at "elite" schools would like to think it does?
Maybe it just matters in that if you're around more driven/motivated people, you are more likely to motivate yourself to do better.

Prestige of undergrad doesn't mean S**t though (unless it's certain very specific schools, in which case the prestige opens doors to alumni networks and such).
