This thread died too early for my tastes.

Just relax and think of how focused you'll be on the real test, and what a boost that'll be.

Even those of us with great concentration probably can't give 100% to a PT because we can't trick ourselves into thinking a PT actually matters that much. Many of us are probably eager to get it done so that we can see what score we've gotten and give ourselves a pat on the back (hopefully). Or maybe we're eager to get it done so we can get something to eat, or whatever else is more enjoyable than taking a PT. Personally, I think I can only give about 80% tops to a PT, because the "Time Commitment:Reward" ratio is really big, which is a bad thing. Drills are more satisfying, because you can zone in for about half an hour, and get your reward at the end in the form of a score closer to -0 than before.

But the real LSAT? That's the ball game. You're not focused on ANYTHING other than the very question you're doing right now. There's no distraction like aching to see your score at the end because you won't know until almost a month later. The only thing that matters is the question you're on at that moment, and answering each question gives you the satisfaction of knowing that you've potentially earned one more point to getting into the school that you want. On the other hand, answering each question on the PT is just another reminder that you've got more sections up ahead that's going to delay you from doing something more fun.

It's like the athlete who knows practice is important and makes him/her a better player, but reaches a whole new level of ability and dedication during the playoffs, when every little thing matters. Practice can never replicate that.

I expect myself to be on a level of focus that I've never reached during my PTs, and you all will too. And that'll result in us getting better scores than what we're used to on the PTs.

This is game 7. Nothing to play for afterwards.

was it just me or was that weirdly easy?
like the LR was maybe a little above average
RC easy
and LG soooo easy

no curve? im concerned

I thought it was pretty fair

went as follows:

25 LR
23 LG
27 RC
break
26 LR
23 LG

so the standard 101
