Anyone know where I can find PDFs for PT58 through 60?

I have so far been unable to find any PDFs of PTs after PT57. I am currently out of the US so getting physical copies shipped would really not be convenient for me. Does anyone know where I can download these? I'm willing to pay for them.

@OP: You can purchase pdf versions of 58-60 for 8 dollars each.
