Postby am060459 » Wed Sep 08, 2010 9:44 am

havent taken a PT in a while so i was thinking as a precursor to my PT schedule (PT 50-60), wat should i do in regards to the SuperPreps? should i break them up and do timed sections or just take 4 section PTs?

TIA

I'm not sure how far you are into studying but when you start out you should just do a bunch of untimed problems to familiarize yourself with the test. I would try to progress into full timed PT's as soon as you comfortably can though. You can even throw in a 5th section to simulate the experimental. It's a pretty long test so timing and endurance are pretty big factors and shouldn't be ignored. I was having trouble with endurance at the beginning so I started small and built up. For example, I would give myself 8ish min to do a reading comp passage and then take a break. Then 16sh for 2 and keep building up until I was doing full tests.
