Advice on how to Increase LR/LG Score?

I've hit that familiar, dreaded wall- the mid-high 160's plateau. Right now I'm averaging 166 on my last 7 PTs. I know it's late in the game, and that the traditional advice is to take a day off and clear your head, but this close to the Oct. LSAT I don't feel I can risk it.

My question: what can I do to overcome the wall? I've bought both LR and LG Bibles, and I've worked through the LR Bible- but my score has been dropping from -4 per section to -6. I was hitting -2 consistently on the games, but now I'm at -4! I'm staying static at -4 on the RC, and I'm okay with that, but I was wondering if anyone had any advice to get the games down to 0 and the LR to -2 per section?

Is now, three weeks to LSAT, the time to just throw hours and brain power at it, and apply the LR tactics from the Powerscore Bible, in the hopes that my recent drop is a fluke? I feel I can muscle my way through the LG Bible in a day or two (I struggle with grouping games almost exclusively), but will this help? I understand I need to relax and recharge, but I'm so frazzled and burnt out, and I don't want to let off the gas, for fear that every minute not studying is wasted.

And, as a sidenote: Does anyone else feel like applying for law school is the equivalent of hallowing yourself out with an orange peel? And like riding a rollercoaster at 300 mph on crack? I've never done anything this self-introspective, this soul-crushing, this... honest before.

I'd appreciate any advice people have. I currently own hard copies of test 20-60, the LR and LG Bibles, and Master the LSAT. I don't know what coherent strategy to create to study. Sorry for such a whiny LSAT post, but you guys have been really great.

Thanks,

1 month til LSAT! Same here. Last 10 PT's average is a 165 with pretty much a 3 point variance up or down. I hit a -3 LG which for me is huge on PT 45 but followed it up with -5 RC and a -6 LR for a 166. I need to work on endurance and paying closer attention on LR RC as i rarely miss questions because I dont understand but rather I didnt pay close enough attention.

I'm at the same problem. I hit a 169 on Prep Test C from Superprep and I just hit 167 and 166 on 45 and 46, respectively. I'm hoping that the massive amount of PTs I take this month will bump me into the 170s
