Look for threads about LSAT prep. There is one legendary plan, I forget which one, that you should look at.

I know this probably sounds like a broken record, but practice is the key. Most high scorers reach a point in their studies where doing an LSAT question is a matter of instinct. The only way to get to this level is by doing as many PTs as you can (while properly reviewing your mistakes). The fundamentals don't take too long to learn.

Pithypike's guide.

Edit: FWIW, I took Kaplan's Advanced class, did all of the optional homework, and took another 1-2 PTs/week. Also worked through the Powerscore LGB before taking the class.

You know you've reached that point when you think to yourself, "damn, I am just like 'kobe going to work.'" Practice x1000. That's pretty much it. There comes a point where the sections are literally second nature and your mind is prepared and ready to tackle it.

Well, it all depends on where you are and where you are trying to go. If you are at a 155 its going to take much more work than if you are at a 165. Practice and study are the only things you can do really. Cramming is not possible, so you have to establish a long-term system of study in order to do well. I practice until the point where I feel uncomfortable if I dont do any LSAT study in a day, even if I am legitimately too busy.

Note: I have not taken the LSAT, but my goal is a 170+ Im just telling you what I have learned from others and what I am doing. I took a Princeton Review prep course, did all of the homework and diagnostics, and have been doing practice exams at the rate of about 2-3 per week. I started off as a 157 and am at 169 now, with a tad over a month until the test. I havent used any of the Powerscore Bibles, only because they are too expensive and Im too broke. My plan is to just keep at it, fine tune some things, and hope for the best. I have a huge inventory of practice exams that I received from the PR and plan to tackle those until there are no more.

+1 to post above. Make sure to do at least an hour a day of lsat. ( thats min: 2 sections timed) Also a good idea is to create a set time for lsat and do it daily
