If you need an LSAT break take some time to learn about flow. Had to read this for a class and thought of the LSAT throughout. Where it says athlete and sports think test takers and tests. I know I had flow going during the LSAT and that's why I scored higher than my PT average.

The article linked is kind of overkill. And its not as relevant as could be.

Flow is pretty simple in a sense, its being in the zone.

Over the years of teaching, the things I've found that students need to experience "flow" on the LSAT are:
1) Mastering the fundamentals to the point of automaticness (some call this overlearning)
2) Confidence. Its obviously related to point one, but also separate
3) Enjoying the LSAT for its own sake.
4) A mild sense of urgency, but with no panic

Various individuals have problems with each of these, and each is necessary to perform at your peak levels

Subject is interesting, but I simply cannot read an article 19 pages long on Internet, I hate clicking new pages *sigh*
