Nutrition and LSAT prep

Postby ca1aa8b8 » Sun Aug 01, 2010 9:16 pm

Any nutritionists studying for the LSAT out there? What should I eat to help me maintain peak mental focus for long study session….besides amphetamines…j/k.

What should I throw in a morning smoothie to make sure that I'm getting everything that I need?
