Hi there:
I am planning on taking the LSAT in Dec. and have been studying on and off. In my diagnostic test I scored 150 and I am wondering:
1. Is this a very low score?
2. How much time does one need to study with LSAT?
3. Are the professional courses important to boast up the score...just in a bit of a financial crunch and most of the classes are really expensive.

Re: LSAT help with studying
That depends on your goal. Your score is average for cold diags. If you're looking for 170 range, I recommend getting started right away. If you're looking fo160s, you could wait a month or two.
If you learn better on your own, don't bother with classes. Otherwise, go with Testmasters.

Grab PowerScore, study 4 months, 3-4 hours a day of problems. And make sure you have every preptest released. Only do official problems. You'll be 160 + within 2 months.
