Fordham Law Early Action - Fall 2011

I know that applications have to be in by/on Nov 1st for you to be considered for Fordham EA but what about LSAT scores?
I am taking the October 9th, 2010 LSAT and LSAC is telling me that they release that score exactly on 11/1/10... Would I be in the clear if I submit the rest of my application beforehand?
I've seen some stuff on the Fordham website saying that you have to take the June LSAT to be applicable (which I did yesterday in Asia but I dont think it went that well).
