I improved 3-4 points from my best practice to my final score, dumbest luck ever

Damn dude, that's rough. Got an idea on what happened?

Also, is it still the case that you can only take it three times in two years? If so, I hope you considered taking some more time to study, taking in Feb/June, and applying in the 15-16 cycle instead. Making sure you're applying with the best score you can get is really worth it.
