LSAT test center complaint

Postby pwr99 » Tue Jun 08, 2010 7:43 pm

In the beginning of section 1, the test-taker sitting next to me fainted, which caused a bit of commotion. The proctors handled the situation well, but it was distracting nevertheless for about five minutes or so. This situation probably only affected five or so students sitting nearby.

Do you think it's worth reporting the problem with the hope of getting LSAC to include a notation with my score indicating the disruption while running the risk that my score report date could be delayed as a result of the complaint? LSAC does do this occasionally if it agrees the disruption was legitimate. I have no interest in canceling my score or re-taking the test.

Are you assuming that you got questions wrong as a result of this... or just making excuses?

I don't think that sending a message to LSAC would be useful. What are you trying to accomplish by having it noted if they do indeed note it?

If anything you may (but probably not) have a claim to write an LSAT addendum when you do apply. The best I can say is that if you don't get the score you want, retake.

If you messed up and want it to be forgiven and to retake for free it could be legit...
