Dilemma: 64 Hours Left--To Keep Studying or Not Forum

Unlike a lot of you, I'm only shooting for high 150's-low 160's. Getting into Case Western up in Cleveland would be about as good as it gets (average is a 159 this year) for me.

Common wisdom is to relax the weekend of the test. I just took what I thought was going to be my last practice test and got a 158. However, I got -8 on LG. I don't remember the specific game, but it was a grouping/matching game and it killed my timing on the entire section.

So, should I really hammer at grouping games Saturday and take another practice test Sunday? Or should I just relax and let my mind rest before the big day?

From an LSAT tutor's perspective, I'd say you're safe studying today and tomorrow. I'd recommend not looking at anything on Sunday, except if you feel like a small review session (I'm talking 10-20 minutes) will calm your nerves and help you get a good night's sleep.

Honestly, I would study today and tomorrow until you reach a point of confidence, and then stop. Don't overdo it, just try to make yourself feel good about going into the test Monday and getting the absolute best score you can.

If I were you, I'd take it easy this weekend, maybe do a couple practice LGs the morning of as a warm-up. At this point, you probably wouldn't get any significant boost in LG by test day, and you run the risk of confusing yourself with last minute cramming. Just my two cents, good luck.

I'm planning on studying today and tomorrow and stopping by tomorrow afternoon. Then I'm relaxing. I may do a couple LG morning of to get my brain warmed up

Between PT's 49-54, excluding PT 52, what is the best PT to do for a last PT?

In that range, I missed the most on 53, the least on 50 (and 52), for what it's worth. So, I'd suggest 53 if you want one last challenging LSAT, or 50 if you want your last one to be a bit easier.

Of course my experience/opinion of their difficulty could be the exact opposite of yours, so who knows? The "170 curves" on the 5 you have left are:
49 -10
50 -10
51 -11
53 -11
54 -10
So, probably not a real significant difference in difficulty between them. There are 5 in that range, maybe just number them 1-5 and roll a die.
