Is this website legit (e.g. are they the actual preptests or rip-offs)?

It's legit - they are real PrepTests licensed by LSAC. You just have to print them out, and you get a maximum of 3 "views" before access is cut off.

i dont understand why you cant download them to your computer once you paid 8 bucks for it. 3 views? I accidently printed mine wrong so I have 2 views...Ill prolly need to use it couple more times for october test too...eh

If you could down load it you could sell them easier. I just print 2 of everything, that way I have a spare. I never close the window until I have made sure the printing is done. I got a bunch of stuff there, it has worked out great.
