Try taking a test near a construction site today. It probably wont bother you that much. I have found that constant noise is not that bad.

i'm actually thinking about it. on my way back, i sat down at a starbucks with a construction site across the street, it was not that bad. the glass basically blocked off everything. so i guess i'll try to arrive late and sit at the end of the courtroom and just battle for 4 hours. the worst i can get is cancellation, not a big deal anyways. just another 4 months of LSAT studying, which i don't mind at all.
