PT 57 LR questions

Post by mz253 » Mon May 31, 2010 10:11 pm

I have some trouble with PT 57 Section 3. No. 23 and 25. Two MUST BE TRUE questions. Wonder if anyone can help me? Thanks!

for 23, was choosing between A and C, finally picked A, i feel there's a jump to arrive at both choices.

for 25, picked E after elimination. but I erally think "would not" should be "might not" I eliminated B because of "more important," but the stimulus just says "reconsider", so the stimulus doesn't mean that it is more important... is it a correct way to eliminate B?

Thanks!

BTW, is there anyway to categorize MUST BE TRUE questions in more details? Like an implied conclusion, an assumption, etc? If yes, how?

I'd actually also like to get thoughts on 23 - I picked the right answer, but only after some very sketchy process of elimination.

On 25, yes, it was the "more important" that's not correct. Even on this though, I did personally feel that the right answer was a bit of a jump.

hey, thanks for your reply.

i always feel that it is better to eliminate wrong questions for difficult MUST BE TRUE questions. i wonder if you are in the same boat?
