Does anyone know how old the test questions used in the Kaplan Mastery Practice Book are ( In say, the 2007 ed)? I am a bit concerned about using the grouped questions for the LR, because I think it will ruin some of the newer PT's for me... Thanks.

Not sure if you want to use Kaplan for LSAT practice; I've heard that they create their own questions rather than using real LSAT questions. Imho, the Bibles+real PrepTests+ Offical LSAT SuperPrep book is all you need for studying.

Kaplan Mastery book is amazing. I have no idea how old the questions are but you need to obtain it in some way shape or form.

These are real questions. I recognize a number of them from various practice tests. So, I can attest to their authenticity and this particular book is only available through the Kaplan Class, although you can purchase it on ebay, amazon, etc. Which is why you may not be familiar with it. It is very valuable because it groups all LR problems by type, which is excellent for targeting your weakest points when used in conjunction with LR Bible.

the questions are pulled from all the different PT's...at the bottom of each page it says which PT the questions are from.

I have a copy of Kaplan Mastery, either 2008 or 2009 edition. I had to deal with this same issue because it pulls questions from all over the place. Some questions are from the very early PrepTests and some questions are from PrepTests in the 40s. I guess this doesn't matter if you are using the entire "Kaplan System" with the Pacing and Endurance books too, since there is supposedly no overlap (Pacing and Endurance also use a seemingly random selection of earlier and later PrepTests). But I don't understand why the "Kaplan System" doesn't use all PrepTests in the 40s and 50s as full-length endurance tests, as most people would agree is the smart thing to do. To sum it up, if you are using just Kaplan Mastery and plan to save the later PrepTests for full-length practice, yes, you will probably have repeats.

Thanks. I just got the book and it looks good enough to deal w/ any repeats on future PT's.
