When doing homework/writing papers? Explosions in the sky. When studying for exams/LSAT? Nothing. Having to take the test without music feels weird after studying for hours with music.

You may not have heard this song before, but I like to listen to a song called Silence when I study.

Find somewhere where you don't have noise to drown out. Seriously. You want to recreate actual testing conditions to best of your ability, and LSAC hasn't started offering Starbucks as a testing center yet.

Don't study with music because they wont be playin it when you sit for your test. Instead, it may be beneficial to go study in starbucks so you can get used to distractions, I know it helped me.

Eh, I still hold that your average Starbucks (where I live anyway) is several times more distracting than what you'll have on test day. Just find a quiet room and have a friend sit there to occasionally cough, rustle papers, or drop a pencil.
