My email says the score is unofficial. Why and when do they become official?

The email is unofficial. They just mean you can't use the email as proof. The score they have is official now.

I don't know how they sort it. But I am usually the last one in everything, I am pretty used to it lol

Doubtful. Even a 160-scorer should be able to pick out almost all of the most obvious wrong ACs without too much problem.
