Anyone have any guesses? Some kind of time frame would be helpful to this disenfranchised soul.

i mentioned on here before that i spoke to an lsac rep and they said it would probably be next weekend and we should recieve an email today or tommorrow..however if we wont i assume it will be hte following saturday

As of now, no word from LSAC on my retake in Jersey.

I just talked to one of the candidate service reps and they don't know when the makeup exam will be. She said, "Anytime within the next three weeks." But we will definitely be getting the e-mail very soon within the next few days, definitely before Friday. I also got the impression that the date of the makeup exam will vary by testing center (availability of facilities, etc.) So much uncertainty around this test.

Hmm, sounds like it will more than likely not be this weekend then? Surely they will give us a little advance notice!

I called LSAC and got the same answer. Basically we'd get an e-mail over the next few days. Bleh.

doesn't help that a lot of these same areas (including LSAC HQ in Philly) are about to get hammered again.

Yeah they're saying that there's a strong chance DC could get another foot tomorrow. FML

Columbus is getting hit again as well. Though I will use the extra study time I was really looking forward to getting this done with. I'm assuming score release dates will be pushed back with make-up exam times?

Spoke to LSAC last night around 6 pm. Wanted them to tell me at least a little bit of significant information that could help me decide if i should cancel or move my flight to California next Tuesday (I'm from NJ) and they lady simply told me that she had no idea. I asked if it was likely that they would tell us something today, and she said probably not. I asked if definitely by Friday, and she just said she doesn't know and that they would tell us as soon as they know. Seems like we're all still hanging in uncertainty.

Just called lsac as well and they have no other information other than that I will receive an email before I leave the country on Thursday. My primary question is what happens if I am not here to take the re-scheduled test? Will I get my money back? They can't mark me as an absent if I'm unable to take the re-scheduled test, can they?

I signed up for the June test as soon as I heard about the on-coming storm last week just in case because I think I rightly assumed those spots would be filling up now that so many Feb. people had their exam cancelled. Does anyone know if that is going to end up hurting me?

For other folks, the very rude LSAC woman did say they have a list of schools which will be administering a makeup test this weekend. My test center (Howard) was not on the list.

I'm glad I'm not one of the people who answer the phones at LSAC right now.

Their phones are probably ringing off the hook. That can't be fun for them either.

Just called LSAC again. My testing center was also not on the list of makeup tests this weekend. If you ask them, they will let you know whether your testing center is on the list for makeup exams this weekend, provided you give your SSN number or LSAC account number. However, they only know the list of places for this weekend. Also, she said we will be getting an e-mail within the next 24-48 hours.

Yes. If you call them, LSAC should let you know if yours is on the list for this weekend. And all makeup exams should be done within the next 3 weeks.

ahh damn.. saw this after LSAC had already closed. Anyone happen to check updates on whether NOVA - annandale campus is having their test this weekend or not?

I just called to check and see if my test center would be having it this weekend and got a message saying that the LSAC was closed, and they would be back tomorrow.

Anybody know if UNC-Asheville is having the test or another way to find out?

My December LSAT was canceled and rescheduled due to snow. Expect about 2 weeks. Good luck!

i'm very nervous about the make-up date. i took the LSAT in December and got a very unexpected low score. I've done a lot more PTs since December and got my score back to something I consider decent. My only problem is I'm Ireland right now. I have no intention of taking next year off so I decided to pay the money and return home (New Jersey) for the Feb test. I got home late Thursday night and the blizzard started Friday. I had to come back to Ireland, so Sunday night I left NJ. However since LSAC has not released the make-up date, I'm in an awkward position. I can't schedule a flight back yet and if they announce tomorrow the test is Saturday, I hardly have any time to get back.

I spoke to a few reps at LSAC yesterday and asked if they were to release the date so late in the week, surely it would not be for this weekend? She said that they could possibly tell us Thursday-or even Friday- the test is Saturday.

In which case, I'm screwed.
