Can somebody explain the answer to me? It's on gov't funding of technological research.

C.: govt should fund basic science research. (note, there are no restrictions whatsoever on what kind of research can be funded)
L.: govt should ONLY fund science research "expected to yield practical applications".

Thanks for the help , no he does not bark a lot, but when he does, it can be VERY loud, especially if he's excited.
