Logic games - most recent trends

I'm doing some last minute practice on LG -- I've got to - 0 on most tests, just trying to work on my timing so I can reduce sloppy errors, and to avoid running into a game I can't solve in 9 minutes or less -- and was wondering what types of games most people think are likely to show up on the February test, or any recent trends I should concentrate on.
I'm currently working on in/out games. I've also been concentrating on simply "thinking through" some of the questions, and relying less upon the diagrams; it has really helped me pick up some speed.

Grouping games like the one appear in 02/96 and 02/98:
I think one is about Oval/Rectangular Rugs with varying color
The other one is about 8 people forming two 4 person team in two different sports.

We're all in the same boat. We don't know what the test will have. Obviously, it will probably have some Advanced Linear and Grouping games, you can bet on that.
Practice Sequencing, Pattern and Mapping just in case they pull something from the 1990s.
I'm analyzing Dinos (PT 57) to see how to attack that kind of problem with more speed. Currently I can do most games in 9 minutes, but a few have ripped me good (PT 24, G3/PT 28, G3).

pure sequencing games appear far more often than they used to.

I've been drilling games tonight and just did PT 28... although it was game 2, with the researchers to the languages that I thought was a F'ING BITCH!! Was coming up on the 20 minute mark and finally had to cut bait. You can bet I'll be drilling that game a few more times between now and next Saturday.
Overall though, yea.... games 39-58 I can pretty much run through in about 30 minutes... minus the odd dino game. Mental errors... must avoid!!!!!!
