Any fellow "Next 10 Actual" studier know why it's B and not E?
E is a trick answer. We can't say that the second dude disagrees with the fact that the process of cooling and reheating cost MORE than moving it in the molten form. Personally, I'd be inclined to say he actually agrees with that statement. What he disagrees with is whether that fact ALONE would be enough to say that the adopting this new method would cost more than the other method. We can take this from the one real piece of info that we get from dude #2:that 'the furnaces are fuel efficient'. --> i.e. why it may not end up costing the company more money over the long term.
B. This one hits our statement issue square on. Here, we're talking about the relative costs of the using the new process and using the old process, as opposed to a FACTOR of the new process like E.
