Pts, Section Practice, and 10 Actual

The way I see it, when you do PTs you're really just testing the knowledge you've accumulated form previous practice. With that in mind, I'm wondering whether it is more important to go through individual sections or take practice test. I'll have studied individual sections for 9 weeks by the time i hit my first PT (since a diagnostic) and plan to PT and review for 13 weeks. I've used "More 10" and "Next 10" as sources for type-by-type practice, and I'm wondering whether I should add another two weeks of practice by breaking down tests 7-18.

My logic is that learning fundamentals through more reasoned question answering (without the time pressure of PTs) is more conducive to improvement, as like I said PTing seems to emphasis performance over deeper learning. Even though I plan to review each PT, would the benefit from adding more time to either chip away more slowly and meticulously at 19-38 sections or add section off 7-18 outweigh the cost of sacrificing 5 PTs?

EDIT: I'd also like to throw in there that taking actual practice tests allows you to see which questions give you trouble, so I'll add that to the pro list for taking those 2 weeks for PTs as a larger sample will give a better trend

DOUBLE EDIT: Also looking for opinions on whether reviewing a practice test for the second time, e.g. 2-3 weeks later, is beneficial.

I tried diagramming your passage but still no success towards answering any of your questions.
