Fresh water is slowly becoming the new ultra valuable resource. Many developing countries (notably in Central Asia) are already suffering from the crunch. In the USA, its a major deal down in the Southwest (Arizona, Nevada)) and Midwest (A major water source for farming underground is being dried up)

hey, some schools take space law seriously, at least in their moot court programs

I know space law is a real field now, but somehow it's still funny
The joke about Princeton's space law program is older than any of the actual space law programs at real schools.

I was only half kidding. I've talked to a few lawyers about the emergence of space law as a real field. We will have to see how it goes, technology wise.
