http://mylsn.info

This is the only resource you need. As a splitter, your results will be unpredictable (and the data available is pretty sparse on mylsn, so you can understandably take those results with a grain of salt), but the short answer is that yes, you have a shot within the T14. You might strike out, but you might get multiple T14. Focus on crafting a perfect application (precise and focused PS, DS, resume flawless, not a single typo), and then see what happens. You have a definite shot at the T14 though.

Michigan and NYU are worth an app for sure.

NYU definitely accepts lower GPA's (3.0-3.2) with higher LSAT scores and may be more inclined to do so this year with the drop of their 75% LSAT. Though I would add that I would expect to be added off of the waitlist in that situation.

Cast a much wider net.
Blanket NYU on down, save maybe Berkeley. Definitelt throw an app to WUSTL.
Seek out fee waivers to defray costs.
