Emailing vs. Calling Admission Offices

Post by slewis06 » Tue Jan 20, 2015 11:44 am

What is the general consensus when it comes to contacting admission offices? Is it better to call or email? Based on what I've read from the school's I've applied to, they seem to place a stronger emphasis on contacting them via email. This would be to follow up with the status of my application/wait list position.

Probably a bad idea by email, phone or otherwise.
