What are your thoughts on the legal market in Connecticut? What are these firms looking for?

Public sector here seems to be hiring far more than the private. Most of the big firms are looking strictly for law review and maybe journals, but it's a really tough market here for the bigger firms. Medium/small firms have been hiring a lot of our grads from what I hear, and it's more of just a fit with that individual firm. So if you're looking for Big Law, you'll really have to excel not only at law school, but also in interviews, as it's been very competitive.
