organizing conflict pairs

Post by Blue Ivy » Mon Dec 03, 2012 5:07 pm

I'm trying to determine what the most organized way to list out conflict pairs would be. In a fact pattern with numerous parties that all could have interrelated claims against each other,

would it be best to first lay out all the parties such as A,B,C,D,E then lay out all the causes of action that party has against someone and the defenses the defendant would have? And basically just repeat the process for each party?
