No law-related ECs

Hello,

I do realize that people ask this all the tine, and I did hit the search button first.
How bad is having no law-related ECs when applying to HYS as a college senior?
I work 15h/week (office work and IT help desk for faculty with school related software) and I have a community service fellowship ($$) that takes about 6h/week, 8 weeks/semester. I also have a 30-40 min commute. I'm not sure I have the time to add 'leadership' and law-related ECs. How bad will this look?

Thanks!

Actually, it'll make you look better. They don't want every person in the class to be exactly the same.

I can't see how the commute would work in your favor, unless you say something like "despite all of the time I spend commuting to/from school, I am still committed to service...yada yada yada"

I don't think it would matter. Most people in law-related ECs, pre-law societies, etc are not incredibly well-suited for law school
