A great book that I recommend that every 0L read in the summer before law school is Getting to Maybe. It discusses this. You'll hear about the book everywhere here on TLS.

I'm sure there is a whole thread on this but can someone please list/link to some other good reading material for 0L summer. I'm tired and apparently not very good with the google tonight.

i suggest reading fiction and literature before starting law school, because you won't have the time for three years.

if you really want to do well on law school exams, buy the LEEWS shit. it gets results. but really, you won't have to worry about this until you're actually in school and outlining and whatnot. seriously, do some pleasure reading, buy leews when you get there.
