It's fine to reuse it, especially in parts. I wouldn't count on them remembering it unless it was extremely unique anyway.

I think even if they actually compared it to last year's, they'd be fine with you reusing parts and appreciate the fact that you did make some changes.

Yeah I reused mine from last year and can't say it hurt me. I improved my GPA/LSAT and that helped tremendously. They won't care if it's the same.

I reused the same personal statement a cycle later, with a higher lsat score. Made no difference, some schools that rejected me before accepted me my second cycle. I'm not even convinced that they read the things, to be honest.

Even if it is, doesn't matter. It's not like a compelling story last year isn't going to be this year. I made some edits to mine based on changes in the intervening year. Actually I am still rocking the same PS for jobs and journal :mrgreen:

And I made no LSAT improvement and very minor GAP improvement.
