Hey everyone,

Basically so far I have taken the LSAT twice and am planning it on taking it a second time. My first score was a 150. My second score improved substantially to a 161. I have been practicing for the June LSAT and recently my practice tests have ranged from a 164 to a 166 (166 is the score I have got on the last to practice tests). I am trying to break a 170.

Basically the reason I got a higher score the second time is that I had more time to practice due to a slightly lower course load. Also the first time I took the test I had to travel to Gainesville from Tallahassee to take the test due to all the seats being filled up in Tallahassee.

Are any of these acceptable arguments to explain my higher 2nd score?
Also assuming I get a significantly higher third score, would simply saying I practiced more be an acceptable answer?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

You do not want to "argue" with the ad com.

I wouldnt bring up the drive to gainsville...

your less than compelling "I studied more"addendum will be fine.

Be brief and concise. Keep it to a few sentences. Try not to make it sound like you are making excuses.
