Deferred by UC Hastings -- LOCI or just wait?

I applied for the ED and was deferred to RD. I decided to wait since it's not WL. But now I'm kinda regret doing that after receiving 3 rejections and only one AD.

Should I write to the school to increase my chance? Or I'd better keep waiting?
