They're not doing a very good job at it right now.

I can see you breaking down in court one day, just devolving into insults.

Still don't see why if the ABA approved of American LLBs, and lots of people took advantage of them like law students everywhere else in the world, that law firms wouldn't accept them too. Or why this wouldn't be worth supporting, at least for obvious economic reasons.

I'm just gonna assume you're trolling at this point. TLS mode = attack, but this is seriously retarded.

There is a large difference between benefitting from a standing practice while not harming anyone else, and being charitable.

That's not what you're saying. You're saying I shouldn't point out what I see to be a less than optimal system that can and does harm a lot of people, just because I don't share in that harm.

No, I did, that's the point. Unless it's your absurd practice to just tell everyone to shut up regardless of what they're saying, then you should know you made a selfish statement.

You can hit up my profile to find my LSAT score but apparently not my gender.

After looking through the MW post history, I'm convinced these are the same person.

I want to pose a basic question. With respect to legal education and hiring practices, what do you think would happen if the state bars suddenly allowed American-training LLBs to sit the bar and become qualified lawyers in their respected states?

What happens to students who graduate from ABA credited schools like Cooley?
