Would it be better to pay sticker price at a top 7ish school
.... or go to a school that's in top 20-30ish range with a full ride scholarship?
I'd like some national mobility with my law degree because I don't want to be limited to practicing around the area where I went to school, but graduating law school with no debt is pretty tempting.
edit: I guess this is addressed in the FAQ thread. Sorry about it.

No trolling here. I was originally gonna ask "at a T14 school" but then decided it'd be better to reformat my question to the top half of the T14... aka the top 7... as I think it'd be an even more difficult decision to choose between top 7 and top 30 vs top 14 and top 30.

NW students aren't stupid enough to think that NU is the same as Columbia and Harvard. Makes it a lot easier.michigan_man wrote:at least we know he isn't northwestern trolling.

But, but, our trial ad ranking brah! Jesus christ. NU is a good school, but comes nowhere close to places like Harvard.Desert Fox wrote:How dare you, we have the number 1 program in Almost Juris Doctor (AJD).bjsesq wrote:I hope nobody trolls for NU. The answer is: It depends.
On your job preferences.
On your financial situation.
On your amount of debt aversion.
On your geographic preferences.
There are no guarantees either way. Use the search function. There have been thousands of other TLS users in your situation that have had to make this same decision.
