Virginia isn't a bad place to be with your numbers. To be honest, you won't be getting enough money to make it worth waiting it out. Maybe about 15K a year at Duke/NW/Cornell... You might have a decent shot at Penn and Michigan, but not much $$$

I would tell you to ED to NYU but they average scores, I don't see Columbia being a success either.
