I haven't seen a cutoff number, but I can give you a reference point. My two-person household made $25K last year after taxes, and I qualified for LSAC fee waivers.

Beware of saving accounts. I have a couple thousand saved as my only financial resource in the world, and I was denied (and denied on appeal) even though I made less than $12000 last year (Peace Corps).

I make roughly $36,000 per year.
I'm assuming I'll be rejected, yes?

Definitely. With that income you'd most likely be rejected with a household of 2 or 3.JDHopeful wrote:I make roughly $36,000 per year.

Re: LSAC Fee Waiver
I was rejected with an income of $36,000 for a family of four. My income exceeded the set criteria for a fee waiver according to LSAC.
You can try, but more than likely youre fee waiver wont be approved.
Good luck!
