How much does graduate course marks matter?

I don't have a very high gpa in my bachelor degree and I really did pretty bad in one course in my graduate degree this term. Just wondering how much will graduate course marks matter when I apply for law school?

Graduate grades don't factor into your GPA but adcomms will still see the transcripts/grades.
