Living Expenses Forum

ok, so what do the estimated living expenses according to LSN really mean? is that the minimum amount that a student can live off of? the average? I plan on living in a 4 person house like I am doing in undergrad, and so far, I have been able to keep costs to below 10K per year (this includes rent,food, utilities and misc.) Is it possible to keep living at that amount as long as the city's apartments/houses are of similar cost and everything?
