What have been some of your favorite threads in the lounge?
The tap water thread did alright, it even got bumped recently. I too wish it really would have taken off and developed.

The first one has a lot of hilariously innaccurate references. But it was about the cars like the third. 2 is the worst and I don't own it. 5/6/7 just went off the deep end. They're good but they're not really about the cars.proteinshake wrote:lol wut. those are among the worst. 2 Fast prob takes the cake (but I do enjoy all of them).tofuspeedstar wrote:The original and Tokyo Drift are the only good ones. Tokyo Drift has the absolute worst dialogue/acting/plot but some of the sickest cars. The new one is pretty damn good, top 3 imo.tofuspeedstar wrote:The first one has a lot of hilariously innaccurate references. Was always about the cars for me, that's why I like 3. To each their own.

Calling in to my gas service (on hold atm) but they don't even give you the option to connect with an actual customer service rep - you have to listen to the menu like 4 times then you get put into line to talk to someone. Feel like they should be required to have the option on there lol.

Yeah 1,2,3 are definitely best in that case. What'd you think was worst? The one where they mostly drive M5s (5 I think?) had a few really unique cars but they didn't get a lot of screen time compared to the M5s and the custom thing Shaw built.tofuspeedstar wrote:dasq5511 wrote:Tokyo Drift has the absolute worst dialogue/acting/plot but some of the sickest cars. 2. i lol'd so hard at the cars, way to butcher some of the most iconic tuner cars of the era.
But that's what was in style at the time. But I cringed at it then, and I still do now.

based on all of the classes I've sat in on, I would guess Mac/non-mac ratio is close to 10/1. I'm pretty sure I'm not (had one in college, didn't love it, have had this HP for the last 5 years and its great. haven't started looking for anything new yet, though). Do you know why everyone has a macbook in ls?Keilz wrote:everyone has macbooks apparently in LS

If you've compared them, why Surface instead of a Yoga? (I haven't really looked into either, so this might be a dumb question)Monday wrote:It was the same in UG. do you mind that it isn't a "real" keyboard?Monday wrote:I haven't compared the two. The MBP was slowing down, the SP4 happened to be one of the first products I fixated on when I started looking for a replacement (ads work!), and Microsoft did a promotional discount so I ended up impulse buying.guybourdin wrote:If you've compared them, why Surface instead of a Yoga? I rarely use it as a tablet so perhaps I'm missing the point but I like it.

Not completely sure but I thought i read in a thread awhile back that they weren't compatible. Guess more research would be good. I will retake my previous comment.Monday wrote:I don't know much about chromebooks but are they not compatible with the school's exam software?thatlawlkid wrote:I have a chromebook right now that i bought for cheap, so I'm guess I'll have to buy a real one for LS.
