Stealing this thread from Gray from last year. This is the thread to complain about how much longer we have to wait until school starts and about how much useless stuff we're going to do in the meantime.

Or, you can just waste time at work/school.

Consistent Contributors
ugg: she's ugg. OP/HBIC.
BirdLawExpert: idk, he made this list
benwyatt: city boy, monogamist, fan of calzones. married to thelostweasley.
thelostweasley: haven't seen her much outside of this thread, but she's pretty great. experienced modern art saboteur. married to benwyatt.
Hildegard15: warrior goddess. Beyonce with a broadsword. Brienne of Tarth.
TheKisSquared: Basically the apprentice/sidekick/partner of Hildegard15. If Hilde is Brienne, K is future Arya once she goes on her murderfest.
barley: recovering aardvark, purveyor of office plants, lover of grilled cheese sandwiches. Going to Hahvahd.
schocolate: adorable penguin creature and wonderful human.
slippin_jimmy: good people.
capricasixx: california poster, generally two or three hours late to most things but aggressively neglecting work and basically an inspiration.
Smallville: Not sure if he's really from Kansas or just claiming Kansas because he's obsessed with Superman.
SlithyTove: Probably literally her avatar (Belle from Beauty and the Beast). Pleasant human.
pittsburghpirates: Adorable corgi, posts corgi gifs, everyone loves him.
EnderWiggin: Terrifying rat thing, posts terrifying things, everyone loves him.
Generally: He'll drop in pretty consistently to make jokes. Sometimes derails thread.

Supporting Players/Guest Starring
ChervonaKatya: Not a lot of posts, but a pretty consistent presence here.
The Abyss: Will drop in occasionally to give solid advice or recommendations.
rska884: Avatar is a cat in a russian hat, do you need to know more? Probably posts here a lot more than I realize.
Muiraquita: Adorable tiny evil cat.
archipm: Doesn't post a lot, like ChervonaKatya, but interesting and generally on topic.
lymenheimer: Forever trying to stay relevant.

Drive-By Posters/Lurkers Supreme
James.K.Polk: Rad person, but very busy human. Posts here occasionally.
Davey Jones: Does exactly what he does in the lounge. I'm a big fan.
jumbo2016: Another California poster, fell off the face of the earth at some point.
ssitt: longtime lurker. here for the lols :D

Mods
Suralin: god mod, mod of the gods, probably the best dressed human in history, confusingly enough not Anna Kendrick but is in fact a 919 Asian fellow with the most adorable dog on the planet. Fair but just wielder of the banhammer. Is, in point of fact, better than you.

Second year TFA high school teacher, constantly fighting off quitting-my-job-soon-iorits because I know it can have consequences for my kids. Anyone have any advice to not looking forward to the future? My students (seniors) also have senioritis so its tough to ignore the constant "countdowns until school ends."

I work part-time as a substitute teacher and also as a Quizmaster for Geeks Who Drink. Is it possible to neglect these jobs more than I already do? We'll find out soon, I guess. :D

This.

I'm like 'I should read more' or 'I should start training for this race I signed up for.'

And yet. I watch copious amounts of home remodeling shows.
