Senioritis / Quitting-my-job-soon-ioritis
Stealing this thread from Gray from last year. This is the thread to complain about how much longer we have to wait until school starts and about how much useless stuff we're going to do in the meantime.
Or, you can just waste time at work/school.

Suralin: god mod, mod of the gods, probably the best dressed human in history, confusingly enough not Anna Kendrick but is in fact a 919 Asian fellow with the most adorable dog on the planet. Fair but just wielder of the banhammer. Is, in point of fact, better than you.

I'm currently writing a thesis and taking my hardest class ever while working. End of semester can't come fast enough.

Second year TFA high school teacher, constantly fighting off quitting-my-job-soon-iorits because I know it can have consequences for my kids. Anyone have any advice to not looking forward to the future? My students (seniors) also have senioritis so its tough to ignore the constant "countdowns until school ends."

I work part-time as a substitute teacher and also as a Quizmaster for Geeks Who Drink. Is it possible to neglect these jobs more than I already do? We'll find out soon, I guess.

I actually started doing something productive today, which is more than I can say for the past two days at the office.

I feel like I should be dedicating this time to self-improvement but all I want to do is sleep 14 hours a day

I'm like 'I should read more' or 'I should start training for this race I signed up for.'
And yet. I watch copious amounts of home remodeling shows.
