Express warranty or puffery? Regarding you or the outline. Your choice, which will significantly expand upon character development.

my outlines are pretty decent I think but that's mostly because I had good source material, not because of my own awesomeness

Dude, just PW already.

PW?

Power wash. Hikko's patio is filthy.

I was gonna post a picture of Hikko's apartment in response, but decided that was unnecessarily creepy.

Well here in TTT land we must not be smart enough to talk about prima facie cases for things b/c we just covered the elements of the torts

Here in TTT land we only need to prove the elements of a tort on our torts exam, and we leave the fact that rule 8(a)(3) requires not just a statement of the grounds for relief but also the relief sought for our civ pro exam. Weird, I know.

If that's what your prof wants, then that's what you should give him or her, but whichever way you turn it, damages are simply not an element of the intentional torts (except for IIED), and have made a prima facie case for e.g. battery when you have evidence for intent and for a harmful or offensive contact, the end. Furthermore, there's normally no question of cause here. In both respects, the intentional torts contrast sharply with negligence.

As we are in the seasons of exams, it is nice to know the material for a given class, but even better is to know what your professor wants.

Yup my prof definitely teaches it intent-act-causation-damages. We just call it the "elements" rather the prima facie case, but double checked and that's what I and all the other outlines for my prof have too!

This convo terrified me for a moment there.
