Going to Friendsgiving at a classmates house. Apparently everyone is bringing wine. I'm swooping in with the cups.
Sadly, I'm not even drinking because I have outlining to do. #GunnerLife

Just finished outlining.

Taking it easy till Saturday, probably just read a little bit of some supplements each day so I don't forget everything.

I just looked over the con law exams the prof. released today, had a nice cry, and almost submitted my withdrawal form. I know the feeling well.

Classmate posting to FB letting everyone know which outlines were done, page counts, etc. Suddenly surging with motivation. :x

Agreed. The proper response is to post outlines that are within 2 pages +/-. Then, post self-graded practice exam results that put you in the top 5% nationally. When questioned how you can know this, go on the offensive and ask how they don't know their national ranking. This will be the perfect red herring to throw them off at exactly the right time. If you have extra time, create a website with practice exams, grading rubrics, and national rankings.

Yeah our section facebook is mostly memes about our professors, free food alerts, and where people are drinking that night. Meaning, the info actually relevant to surviving law school.

Creativity is key since I lack any semblance of law-related proficiency.

There was a prospective, apparently admitted, student visiting our Crim class today. He actually raised his hand toward the end, to ask a question that included the phrase "oxygeneric normativity."

And just on the off-chance that he's reading this forum: DON'T GO HERE.

Indeed! When I told them I wanted to defend the property rights of Borneo pygmy elephants, I may as well have said I wanted to produce the first performance art e-book to win the pulitzer.
